Did you know that exercise has brain-changing benefits?
Exercise is one of my eight daily transformative Happiness Habits (I teach all eight in my online course The Happiness Habits Transformation) and for good reason. Research shows that exercise has SO many benefits for our body.
From reducing our risk of heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and some cancers to strengthening our bones and muscles. It’s all good.
But it also has almost magical benefits for our BRAIN too, as neuroscientist Wendy Suzuki shows in this video of her TED talk.
Wendy believes that exercise is the most transformative thing that you can do for your brain today – it boosts your mood and memory and protects your brain against neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s.
