The Spring Clean Your Life programme is currently closed. Enrollment will reopen Spring 2019.
When you enroll I'll whisk you an email inviting you to book your pre-programme 121 session with me so we can get to know each other a bit better, set your personal intentions and answer any questions you might have.
Once the programme begins we will have weekly topics (with tools and workbooks for you to work through, sent to you each Monday) and a weekly group coaching call. At the end of the six weeks you have the opportunity to have a final 121 session with me to round off the programme.
The programme last 6 weeks but you will have a full years access to the programme materials and videos online. But you are free to download the workbooks and tools for your own personal lifetime use.
Let’s be honest… as with all programmes and courses you will get out what you put in. I can give you the tools, but I can’t do the work for you. However, if you play full out, do the homework and take part in the coaching calls you will see the results. And I can't wait for you to get started!

Everyone's time is short these days and I totally get that! So I've created Spring Clean Your Life with bite-sized modules and easy-to-follow worksheets so that you don't feel overwhelmed. Clearly the more you put in, the more you'll get out, but if you allow 1 hour a week for our group coaching call and another 30 mins - 1 hour for your homework you should do fine. And remember you get a whole years access to the content, so you can always go back and repeat any of the modules.
Due to the personal nature of each individual student's journey on the programme, I do not record the group coaching sessions. You are absolutely free to do the programme without these sessions, but you will get most benefit if you attend the weekly calls so that you can ask questions and receive coaching within the group.
Hey, I get it. If you've never experienced coaching it might feel a bit intimidating... but please don't worry! Coaching is not therapy and I won't be delving into your past (unless you want to). You can think of coaching as like having a friendly but confidential conversation with someone that has only your best interests at heart.
